Step 2: Set Loadout

Select the materials and tools you'll need for the welding task.

Step 3: Adjust Amperage

Set the amperage for your welding task according to the material and joint type.

Step 4: Check the Camera

Check the secondary view to help align the rod and plate.

Step 5: Start Welding

Stick the rod to the green guide on the plate.

Step 6: Finish the Weld

Followed the green path and completed the weld within the time limit.

The 3D Dynamic Welding Simulator is an educational tool designed for Grade 10 TLE (Technology and Livelihood Education) welding students at Pampanga High School. It offers a safe, immersive training environment that simulates real-life welding scenarios. Students can practice various welding techniques in a controlled, virtual setting, improving their skills without the risks or costs associated with traditional methods. This simulator is tailored to enhance practical learning while tracking student progress through interactive modules and performance metrics.

Quiz

The quiz in the 3D Dynamic Welding Simulator allows students to test their knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols. Upon completion, the quiz scores are automatically sent to the teacher's web-based account, where they can track and assess student performance in real time. This system enables efficient monitoring and helps teachers provide targeted feedback based on each student's progress.
